		<description>I had read of some issues with his customer service before, but I figured in every business there are some complaints. 

Well, I got a copy of James&#039; (or should I say intern Sabrina Jefferson&#039;s new product &quot;Getting Evergreen Site Traffic With Yahoo Answers&quot; and only five minutes and forty-one seconds of the 10 minute DVD plays. I tried contacting the intern twice, since her new blog says she created it, with no response. She&#039;s posted blog entries, but can&#039;t seem to get around to moderating my comments. I tried contacting James via the comments on his blog - no luck there either. So am I out $40? I don&#039;t think so. I&#039;m not giving up that easy.</description>
