James Brausch has No Customer Service - Buyer Beware
Despite our best efforts to reinstate our Rasof subscription James Brausch has completely ignored our requests for customer service. We have attempted to contact him through the Paypal provided email address several times and through a trackback with no response. Well there was some response. Several of his acolytes posted harassing comments on my previous post.
Let the buyer beware. James Brausch’s products are not supported. They come with very little explanation. I would categorize them as minimalist at best. Brausch sells software that most developers would consider incomplete or in Beta testing. As a company we purchase a lot of internet marketing products and software. Somtimes we are impressed and sometimes we are not.
In my experience, Brausch’s software is sub par, not only because he offers virtually no instructions and zero support, but because he is selling something that could, and should, be a whole lot more.
If you are considering purchasing some of James Brausch’s software, then you might want to think twice before you do. Ask yourself, is this product really going to offer what it claims? I have found that Brausch’s software does what it says it will do, and nothing, I mean absolutely nothing, more.
Here is a list of Brausch’s software products.
- Artemis Pro
- Glyphius 2007
- Hermusa
- Munius
- MuVar
- Nemeas
- RaSof
- Relusi
- Sufaq
- Trafficopia
Regarding one of his services called “Printed Newsletter”, it is not worth $300 a year. I have received 5 of them so far and I haven’t learned anything yet. Well, I did learn one thing. I learned some of the techniques Brausch uses to get people to visit his blog. I won’t discuss them here, but some of them could be considered spam. This is part of the reason he does not post them on his blog. If he did, he might get into trouble with some of the social networks.
The Brausch Printed Newsletter is 7 pages long and very light on content. I do not recommend it to anyone.
I am sure I will stir up a firestorm with the Brausch acolytes with this post, but so be it. I am not out to be a Brausch basher. I just want to share my experience with his products; some of them good, as with Glyphius, and others bad, as with the Printed Newsletter and Rasof.
I don’t hold anything against him. He is what he is. He doesn’t misrepresent himself as anything more, but I have come to expect more for the money. I think most people have. I am sharing my experience to prevent others from being disappointed as I have been.

Thanks for the warning, but
we discovered it too late.

If you order a product, and don’t receive it, and write to the Paypal email address, you’ll only receive a rude answer that no personal consultation was promised with the product. Then, if you inquire further, you will be further insulted and told you are blacklisted from ever buying any of J B’s products.
I guess that finishes it, huh?

Yeah I guess that does finish it. It’s a shame because his products have potential, but are not worth the hassle when promises are not kept.

I had read of some issues with his customer service before, but I figured in every business there are some complaints.
Well, I got a copy of James’ (or should I say intern Sabrina Jefferson’s new product “Getting Evergreen Site Traffic With Yahoo Answers” and only five minutes and forty-one seconds of the 10 minute DVD plays. I tried contacting the intern twice, since her new blog says she created it, with no response. She’s posted blog entries, but can’t seem to get around to moderating my comments. I tried contacting James via the comments on his blog - no luck there either. So am I out $40? I don’t think so. I’m not giving up that easy.
