I am still trying to work with the QuickLaunch team on several existing MSN accounts that are not getting the traffic we would like to see. So far, I'm not impressed but I am gleening a few good ideas from the team. I have posted my experiences with QuickLaunch here:

After several weeks of waiting and complaing about the terrible customer service offered by Microsoft Adcenter and their "Quick Launch" service, they have resolved the issue by issuing a credit of $250 to my account. While this is a nice gesture, it does not make up for the weeks of neglect. They still have not offered any of the kind of support their Quick Launch service claims to offer.

Thank you to Elizabeth at Microsoft Adcenter support for working with me on this issue until at least some form of resolution has been reached. You did not drop the issue, even though most people in your position would have.
